Findings

This review looked at rosemary oil and other natural ingredients for hair loss, especially the genetic kind (androgenetic alopecia). The researchers found that while rosemary oil is popular and shows promise, most natural remedies need more rigorous testing to prove they actually work—right now, only two FDA-approved drugs (finasteride and minoxidil) have solid evidence behind them.
